Yoga with Shayna
Participate in the hour-long flow series aimed to improve flexibility, strength, and energy. The perfect way to focus your body and wind down from the day. It will be held in the mirrored studio space at After Hours (5 Namskaket Road).
All levels welcome!
Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Your Instructor, Shayna McCarthy
After finishing her collegiate rowing career, Shayna deepened her connection to yoga as a way to reconnect with herself and her community. She is a 200-hour RYT who teaches Vinyasa and Hatha yoga with a focus on creating space for students to feel both empowered and grounded in their practice. She believes yoga is a powerful tool for reconnecting with the body, calming the mind, and building strength from the inside out.
She’s excited to share with the After Hours community and create a more accessible space for people to come practice or try yoga for the first time!
